Job summary

Alfanar is seeking an Electrical Site Foreman to lead a team on our main project site in Riyadh. You will install electrical pipes, pull heavy cables, and set up switchboards safely in line with international standards.

The role requires 3–4 years as a site foreman or lead electrician in large construction or industrial settings, and strong communication in Hindi/Urdu/English. Valid documentation to join the project team is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience as a site foreman or lead electrician in large construction or factory projects.
• Ability to communicate clearly with workers in Hindi, Urdu, and English.
• Willingness to join the project team promptly with valid documentation.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily work list for the team each morning.
• Review electrical drawings and mark locations for pipes on walls or floors.
• Ensure workers wear helmets, safety vests, and boots at all times.
• Coordinate with the site engineer about progress and material needs.

Job description

Alfanar, the major Saudi-based global engineering and manufacturing company, is searching for an active Electrical Site Foreman. You will lead a group of workers at our primary project site to install electrical pipes, pull heavy cables, and set up switchboards safely according to international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan the daily work list for your team every morning so everyone knows their job perfectly.
• Check the electrical drawings and mark the walls or floors where the pipes need to go.
• Make sure every worker is wearing their helmet, safety vest, and boots all the time to avoid accidents.
• Talk to the main site engineer about how much work is finished and what materials are needed for tomorrow.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Experience: 3 to 4 years of working as a site foreman or lead electrician in a big construction building or factory.
• Skills: You must be very good at talking to workers in Hindi/Urdu/English and explaining the work clearly.
• Status: Must be ready to join our project team fast with valid documentation.
