Job summary

Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. is seeking a Construction Project Manager for Fit-Out and Theming in Saudi Arabia.

You will lead on-site delivery of complex themed environments, coordinating with contractors, consultants, and IP stakeholders to convert creative design into high-quality, operational assets. You will oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and handover, ensuring the final installation meets look, feel, quality and guest experience targets while protecting the approved creative

Qualifications

10+ years in construction or project management in relevant environments.
Proven theming delivery experience is mandatory.
Experience leading on-site construction, installation, testing, snagging, and handover.
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

Lead on-site construction and delivery of fit-out, themed environments, and related systems.
Manage contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to meet design, programme, budget and quality targets.
Drive daily site progress and resolve issues affecting installation, access, quality, testing or handover.
Coordinate interfaces between themed works, interior fit-out, AV/show systems, MEP, base-build, ride/attraction systems, and infrastructure.
Protect creative intent and guest experience through inspections and QA throughout construction.
Manage design information, submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, and design clarifications on site.
