Job summary

Havelock One Interiors WLL in Saudi Arabia is seeking a seasoned Construction Manager to lead civil works and large-scale interior fit-out projects on site. You will supervise an internal team of site supervisors and engineers, coordinate subcontractors and key suppliers, and report to senior management to keep the program, budget, and quality on track.

Qualifications

• Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 10+ years of experience in construction, interiors, with 3–5 years in a similar role.
• Extensive knowledge of site operations and managing projects of varying sizes and value.
• Strong track record in Hospitality, Hotels, High-End Residential, Palaces, F&B, Retail, Entertainment, Healthcare, Education.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good people management and time management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clear direction and leadership on site to all trades.
• Plan, coordinate, monitor and manage daily activities including logistics, materials, resource planning and sequencing.
• Be primary point of contact at site for subcontractors, Client vendors, Landlord or Client's representative.
• Ensure compliance with Mall Landlord rules and regulations.
• Coordinate with commercial team to capture variations and charges.
• Analyze BOQ and IFC drawings to define scope and identify gaps.
• Ensure materials meet specifications and approved submissions.
• Identify clashes and resolve conflicts or raise RFIs to PM.
• Oversee quality inspections and swift rectifications.
• Ensure health and safety procedures are followed and welfare considered.
• Lead site progress meetings with stakeholders.
• Contribute to Management Reports.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, de-snagging, and handover.
