Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent education.
• At least 6 years of SWT experience, including a minimum of 1 year as a Supervisor.
• Fully knowledgeable in all aspects of the SWT service line in the local area.
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and customers to support knowledge transfer related to job plans, calculations, well parameters, specific hazards, environmental issues, quality service, equipment, and other operational aspects
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Intermediate level of English proficiency

Responsibilities

• Supervise Surface Well Testing and related PSL work at the well site, ensuring strong customer relations.
• May supervise non Halliburton employees.
• Mentor junior personnel and perform competencies assessments and safety coaching.
• Provide input on performance and on-the-job skills development.
• Plan jobs, issue crew instructions, and manage equipment use.
• Identify potential sales opportunities and communicate with Service Coordinator.
• Promote HMS-based safety and process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain safety and environmental standards.
• Lead by example and resolve conflicts professionally.
• Coach team members to enhance teamwork and time management.
