Qualifications

• Certified Spa Therapist with international experiences in hotel or spa environments.
• Proficient in all types of massage therapies.
• Good written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills are essential.
• Understanding Hotel Operations and guest service expectations.
• Teamwork and collaboration with management and staff.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety in the massage room and privacy for members and guests.
• Provide courteous and professional service at all times.
• Perform massage sessions according to the schedule.
• Work with the line manager to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Ensure proper attire is used in sauna and massage areas by guests.
• Conduct daily equipment checks and record necessary repairs.
• Ensure at least one instructor is on duty in the massage room.
• Maintain close contact with guests and communicate feedback.
• Conduct treatment evaluation and reassessments as required.
