Parsons is seeking an exceptionally talented Land Surveyor to join our site-based construction supervision team on the Green Riyadh Project in Riyadh. You will lead the survey team, verify contractor surveys, control points, and set-outs for roads, utilities, and structures while ensuring accuracy, safety, and compliance with project standards.

This senior role requires extensive land/engineering surveying experience on large-scale infrastructure and strong coordination with multidisciplinary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying Engineering
• Senior/lead surveyor experience on large infrastructure projects
• Site-based construction supervision experience for setting-out and as-built data

Responsabilités

• Lead site surveying and setting-out verification.
• Review contractor’s survey work for accuracy and compliance.
• Verify control points and project datum alignment.
• Check setting-out for roads, utilities, structures and landscape features.
• Conduct spot checks to ensure works follow drawings and tolerances.
• Review contractor survey reports and as-built surveys.
• Identify discrepancies between design drawings and site conditions and resolve issues.
• Coordinate survey activities with discipline engineers to support interface and clash avoidance.
• Maintain calibration and safekeeping of survey equipment.
• Maintain organized digital and hard-copy records of survey data and handover information.
• Support earthwork quantity verification and volumetric calculations.
• Participate in progress and coordination meetings with survey input.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and Parsons quality procedures.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing as-built drawings for client handover
