Job summary

Parsons in Saudi Arabia is seeking an exceptionally talented Land Surveyor to join our site-based construction supervision team on the Green Riyadh Project. You will lead surveying activities, verify control points, and ensure alignment with project drawings and standards.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Surveying Engineering and eight years of experience in large-scale infrastructure projects, including senior roles, with strong proficiency in modern survey instruments and data

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Surveying Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 8 years experience in land/engineering surveying on large-scale projects.
• Proficiency with modern survey instruments and data processing tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead site surveying and setting-out verification for the project.
• Supervise the survey team and review contractor surveys for accuracy.
• Verify control points, benchmarks, and coordinates against project datum.
• Check setting-out for roads, utilities, structures, and landscape works.
• Maintain records of survey data and as-built information for handover.
• Coordinate survey activities with discipline engineers to avoid clashes.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and Parsons quality procedures.
• Assist in preparing and reviewing as-built drawings and final survey records.
