Job summary

Parsons is seeking an experienced Land Surveyor for the Green Riyadh Project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will lead site surveying, set-out verification, and supervise survey personnel to ensure accuracy against drawings, specifications, and tolerances.

You will verify control points, coordinates, and levels across roads, utilities, structures, hardscape, and landscape works, coordinating with engineers and contractors to resolve issues and support project handover.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Surveying Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Several years of experience in a senior or lead surveyor role on large infrastructure projects.
• Strong proficiency with modern surveying instruments and data processing tools.

Responsibilities

• Act as the lead surveyor for site surveying and setting-out verification activities.
• Verify contractor setting-out against approved drawings and project requirements.
• Review survey control points, coordinates, alignments, and levels for infrastructure works.
• Supervise and coordinate the site surveying team and review contractor survey reports.
• Coordinate surveying with roads, utilities, structures, and landscape works.
• Review as-built surveys and support project handover documentation.
