Parsons is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor for a site-based role in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will lead cost estimation, budgeting, and procurement activities on a landmark development, coordinating with PMC and client teams to ensure value and timely delivery.

Experience in large-scale projects, strong cost control, and excellent negotiation skills are essential for success in this fast-paced, safety-conscious environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying is required.
• Proven experience in quantity surveying, PMC exposure preferred.
• Strong knowledge of cost estimation, tendering, and contract administration.
• Familiar with design reviews and cost implication analysis.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel for cost management.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare accurate cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts for construction projects.
• Analyze project costs and identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Monitor and control project expenditures to ensure budgets.
• Prepare tender documents, bills of quantities, specs, and contracts.
• Evaluate contractor bids and provide award recommendations.
• Negotiate contracts and manage procurement for value.
• Collaborate with the PMC team to meet milestones within budget and schedule.
• Provide cost insights during planning and execution.
• Assist in risk management related to project costs.
• Manage contracts and ensure compliance with terms.
• Monitor variations and claims and document resolution.
• Prepare progress reports, valuations, and final accounts.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure delivery.
• Provide regular updates on cost-related matters to stakeholders.
