Job summary

Labora Partners is seeking a Site Construction Manager for a project in Ar Rass, Saudi Arabia. You will oversee all site activities by the EPC Contractor, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, technical specs, and approved schedules, while directing on-site teams.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 20+ years of multinational project experience, preferably in large thermal power plants or related facilities.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of multinational and multi-disciplinary project experience.
• Proven track record in managing construction and commissioning of large thermal power plants and/or synchronous condenser projects.
• Strong leadership and communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all site activities performed by the EPC Contractor, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, technical specifications, and approved schedules.
• Verify accuracy, methodology, quality control, and timely execution of all construction and commissioning activities.
• Supervise and coordinate client personnel on site, providing leadership for effective project execution.
• Familiarity with engineering drawings, construction methods, QA/QC, testing, commissioning, and reporting.
