Power International Holding (PIH) is seeking a Site Engineer in Saudi Arabia to lead site planning, scheduling, and resource management for timely project completion.

You will supervise on-site activities, coordinate with architects and subcontractors, and manage materials procurement while enforcing safety and quality standards. A GCC-leaning candidate with 5+ years of experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in site execution, GCC experience a plus.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and project management tools.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• ERP/SAP functional knowledge preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assist in site planning, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure timely completion.
• Supervise on-site activities, monitor progress, quality, and safety.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors and suppliers for smooth workflow.
• Manage procurement, delivery, and storage of materials and equipment.
• Implement quality control to meet specs and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical guidance to workers and resolve on-site issues.
• Maintain site records, progress reports, and as-built drawings for milestones.
• Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular inspections.
• Monitor costs, identify savings, and stay within budget.
• Communicate with clients and stakeholders on progress and concerns.
• Support HSE initiatives and incident reporting per IMS policies.
