Job summary

Halliburton is seeking a Service Specialist III- Managed Pressure Drilling in Al-Khobar to lead and execute rigging, equipment setup, testing, and operation at customer sites and field camps. You will mentor junior staff, monitor well data, and ensure safety and quality in every procedure.

Candidates should have 9+ years in oil field drilling, including 5+ years in MPD/underbalanced drilling, with strong leadership and communication skills to coordinate with customers and PSLs on complex well

Qualifications

• Good mathematical acumen and strong reading/writing skills.
• Experience in oil field drilling with 9+ years, including 5+ years MPD/underbalanced drilling.
• Meets minimum competency requirements for Senior Service Specialist III-GBA.

Responsibilities

• Supervises rigging up and down of service line equipment at on/offshore locations.
• Plans jobs including equipment setup, well-site direction, and customer support.
• Maintains, sets up, tests and operates equipment at customer sites and field camps.
• Mentors and trains lower level operators and assistants.
• Monitors instruments and ensures data quality at the well site.
