Job summary

Halliburton in Al Khobar, Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia seeks an Experienced Engineer to provide total well-solution services, from diagnosis through evaluation of hydraulic workover projects, coordinating with the Operations Team and PSL colleagues.

You should hold an Undergraduate STEM degree (Petroleum Engineering preferred), with at least two years of service-line experience and experience in Hydraulic Workover.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate STEM degree required.
• Petroleum Engineering degree preferred.
• Two years of service line experience required.
• Experience in Hydraulic Workover preferred.
• Mentorship and peer guidance to junior team members.
• Peer review of job designs and PSL workflow participation.

Responsibilities

• Provide total solutions for well problems from diagnosis to evaluation.
• Lead pre-job planning through post-job performance analysis at the well site.
• Act as liaison between customer and Operations Team and PSLs.
• Consult with PSLs on equipment needs and specifications.
• Engage peers to practice and apply the four phases: Diagnose, Design, Deliver, Evaluate.

Under general supervision provides a total solution for our customers to include diagnosis of well problems design solution appropriate delivery method and evaluation plan This role has developed technical competence in the Product Service Lines PSL Performs assignments requiring knowledge and application of basic engineering principles and adherence to Company policies standards and work methods for Hydraulic Work over Works independently and provides work direction to others at well site Leads full spectrum of the job from performing pre-job planning analysis up to post job performance analysis Functions as the liaison between customer and Operations Team Consults cross- functionally with PSLs regarding equipment needs and specifications
