WSP is seeking an experienced Materials Engineer to join our Construction Supervision team on a major Roads & Highways infrastructure project in Riyadh. You will oversee all materials-related activities, ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, contract requirements, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil, Materials, Construction, Highway or related)
• Master's degree desirable in Materials/Pavement/related field
• Professional registration/chartership advantageous

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage all materials engineering and quality assurance activities across the project.
• Review and approve material submittals, technical specifications, suppliers and manufacturers per contract requirements.
• Ensure all construction materials comply with approved standards, project specifications and authority requirements.
• Review and assess mix designs for asphalt, concrete, treated materials, and other road components.
• Supervise material testing by contractors and third‑party labs; monitor ITPs for QA/QC.
• Coordinate with contractors, laboratories, authorities and multidisciplinary teams.
• Prepare technical reports, NCRs and material approval recommendations.
• Mentor and guide Materials Inspectors and junior staff.
