Job summary

WSP is seeking an experienced Quality Manager for a major roads and highways infrastructure project in Riyadh. The role ensures top quality and compliance throughout planning, design, construction, and completion.

Ideal candidate has a civil engineering background with 15+ years in construction quality, knowledge of ISO 9001 and Six Sigma, and strong leadership and stakeholder management skills to guide cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Master's degree preferred.
• 15+ years in construction quality management, infrastructure focus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality management systems for infrastructure projects.
• Establish quality control procedures, inspections, and tests per specifications and codes.
• Conduct audits to identify improvements and ensure adherence to standards.
• Collaborate with project teams and contractors to resolve non-conformances.
• Guide project managers on quality planning, assurance, and control.
• Monitor quality metrics and report trends to senior management.
• Lead quality training and promote continuous improvement.
• Participate in meetings to input on quality matters and project objectives.
• Liaise with clients and inspectors to demonstrate compliance.
