Job summary

Abunayyan Holding, based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Lead Maintenance Technician to oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance across solar manufacturing operations. The role requires strong PLC, automation, and electrical skills with 5-8 years of hands-on experience.

You will lead a team of technicians, coordinate daily activities, and drive improvements in reliability, safety, and uptime while collaborating with OEMs, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electro-Mechanical, Mechatronics or related field.
• 5-8 years of hands-on industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of PLC, automation, drives, motors, sensors, control systems, and electrical panels.

Responsibilities

• Lead preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance across solar manufacturing operations.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, PLC, drives, motors, automation, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Ensure maximum equipment uptime and minimize downtime.
• Lead and mentor maintenance technicians and coordinate daily maintenance activities.
• Perform RCA and implement corrective actions for recurring equipment failures.
• Support equipment installation, commissioning, modifications, and automation improvements.
• Coordinate with OEMs, suppliers, contractors, Production, and Quality teams.
• Ensure compliance with LOTO, safety procedures, TPM, 5S, and maintenance standards.
• Manage maintenance records, spare parts requirements, and CMMS reporting.

Key Responsibilities
