Job summary

Parsons in Riyadh seeks an experienced Surveyor (Saudi National) to join the site-based Construction Supervision team on a landmark development project. You will lead all surveying activities, verify settings, and coordinate with roads, utilities, and structural teams to ensure accuracy and handover readiness.

The role requires a degree in Surveying Engineering, at least 3 years of on-site experience with modern survey tools, and a focus on HSE and quality procedures on a major infrastructure

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma degree in Surveying Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in land/engineering surveying on large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Experience as a senior or lead surveyor on-site and with modern survey instruments.

Responsibilities

• Lead surveyor for all site surveying and setting-out verification activities.
• Coordinate Parsons’ survey team and review contractor survey work for accuracy and compliance.
• Verify control points, benchmarks, and reference coordinates against project datum and grid system.
• Check contractor setting-out for alignments, levels, coordinates, and dimensions.
• Maintain digital and hard-copy records of survey data and as-built information for handover.
