Job summary

JobLeader in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. The successful candidate will have at least three years of field experience and a proven track record in land surveying.

You will read maps, interpret aerial photos and property descriptions, operate survey equipment (levels, GPS receivers, computers), plan surveys, prepare reports, coordinate with professionals, and ensure safety and timely delivery. A valid driver's license is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, interpret maps, aerial photos and property descriptions.
• Proficient with survey equipment (levels, GPS, computers).
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Read, understand and interpret maps, aerial photos and property descriptions.
• Operate levels, GPS receivers and surveying computers.
• Plan and monitor survey projects; prepare reports and recommendations.
• Compile legal documents and coordinate with professionals.
• Explain survey results to clients; perform calculations using trigonometry and geometry.
• Develop survey plans and ensure safety and timely delivery.
