Job summary

Parsons is seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join our site-based supervision team on the Green Riyadh Project. You will lead survey activities, verify contractor setting-out, and ensure alignment with project datum and grid systems.

You will coordinate with roads, structures, utilities, and landscape disciplines, supervise the survey team, review reports, and maintain precise records for handover to the client and authorities. This role is based in Riyadh, KSA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Strong proficiency with total stations, GPS/GNSS, digital levels, and data processing tools.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and translate to field layouts.
• Experience in site-based construction supervision and setting-out verification.
• Excellent attention to detail and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Lead survey team and verify contractor setting-out against project datum.
• Check control points, benchmarks, and coordinates related to grid.
• Review survey reports, as-built drawings, and topographic surveys.
• Coordinate with roads, utilities, and structures engineers.
• Maintain calibration and safekeeping of survey equipment.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and quality procedures.
