Job summary

Halliburton in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced service operations supervisor to lead rig up/down of service line equipment on onshore and offshore sites. You will plan setup, direct field activities and support the customer at the well site and field camp.

You will mentor junior operators, monitor data accuracy, and ensure safety through pre-job briefings and proper documentation. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma plus extensive oil field drilling experience is required.
• 9 years in oil field drilling with 5 years in underbalanced or managed pressure drilling.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, directs and performs all phases of rigging up and down of service line equipment on on- and offshore locations.
• Plans equipment setup, well site direction and customer-related support activities.
• Maintains, sets up, tests and operates equipment at customer location and field camp.
• Mentors and trains lower level operators and assistants.
• Monitors instruments and ensures quality data at the well.
• Consults with customers to promote relations and customer satisfaction.
• Maintains equipment and completes job documentation.
• Conducts pre-job toolbox safety meetings.
• Reviews job plans with customer and manages changes.
