Job summary

KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) seeks an Electrical Technician I to lead instrument maintenance activities across plant, equipment and facilities within the designated area, ensuring execution aligns with safety and quality procedures. You will coordinate daily tasks, supervise technicians, and report progress to the instrument foreman, while upholding health, safety and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years’experience in Oil & Gas maintenance – High School.
• Minimum 4 years’experience in Oil & Gas maintenance – Diploma.
• Hold a valid certification issued by a recognized third-party certification body or an accredited Saudi institute.
• Strong technical understanding of maintenance management of Oil & Gas Facilities
• Well organized with excellent communication skills
• Proven leadership skills with large organizations
• Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems
• Strategic management skills
• Ability to achieve business results in a multi-cultural environment
• Flexibility to travel internationally and live in KSA

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and coordinate day-to-day instrument maintenance activities.
• Ensure technicians comply with Safety and Quality procedures during maintenance.
• Conduct site visits to ensure proper work execution.
• Receive work directions and translate into actionable tasks.
• Prepare progress reports and maintain daily maintenance records.
• Assist in implementing changes to improve availability and reliability of Instrument systems.
