KBR, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Technician II to lead instrument maintenance across plant systems. The role involves directing Technicians, coordinating execution plans, ensuring safety and quality adherence, and reporting progress to the Instrument foreman.

Strong leadership and experience in oil & gas maintenance are required. Ideal candidates will have substantial hands-on experience with instrument systems, mechanical and electro-hydraulic knowledge, and the ability to work under pressure

Qualifications

• 6 years oil & gas maintenance experience; high school.
• 4 years oil & gas maintenance experience; diploma.
• Strong maintenance management understanding.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate day-to-day instrument maintenance activities within the designated area.
• Act as focal point for daily maintenance execution plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures during maintenance work.
• Conduct site visits to verify proper work execution and supervise technicians.
• Report progress to the instrument foreman and translate directions into actions.
• Maintain records of daily maintenance against planned programs.
