KBR STS in Saudi Arabia seeks an Electrical Technician II to lead instrument maintenance across plant systems, ensuring safety and quality standards are met while coordinating with the instrument foreman. This role demands hands-on Oil & Gas maintenance experience and strong problem-solving abilities.

Applicants should have a proven track record in multidisciplinary teams, be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines, and be prepared for potential international travel to support projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in Oil & Gas maintenance with a Diploma.
• Valid certification from a recognized body or Saudi institute.
• Strong maintenance management knowledge for Oil & Gas facilities.
• Well organized with strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to travel internationally and reside in KSA.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate day-to-day Instrument maintenance activities.
• Act as focal point for daily Instrument maintenance plans.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures during maintenance.
• Conduct site visits to verify proper work execution and safety.
• Translate supervisor directions into actionable maintenance tasks.
• Prepare progress and completion reports on maintenance work.
• Collaborate with foreman to improve instrument system availability and reliability.
• Support engineering changes to instrument equipment for serviceability.
