Job summary

KBR is seeking an Electrical Technician I to lead instrument maintenance activities across plant systems. You will act as the focal point for daily maintenance plans, ensure adherence to safety and quality procedures, and coordinate site work through the instrument foreman.

Strong leadership and English communication are required throughout. Relevant experience in oil & gas maintenance and possession of recognized certifications are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years’ oil & gas maintenance experience.
• Diploma or higher in a relevant field.
• Valid third‑party certification for field work.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and coordinate day-to-day instrument maintenance activities.
• Focal point for daily instrument maintenance plan.
• Ensure safety and quality procedures are followed during maintenance.
• Conduct site visits to verify proper work execution.
• Translate foreman directions into actionable tasks.
• Maintain records of maintenance against plans.
• Collaborate to improve instrument systems availability and reliability.
