KBR is seeking an Instrument Technician II in Saudi Arabia, responsible for leading instrument maintenance activities, complying with safety standards, and ensuring asset reliability. This role requires hands-on supervision of teams, onsite repairs, and coordination with plant operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4-6 years' experience in Oil & Gas maintenance.
• Strong technical understanding of maintenance management of Oil & Gas facilities.
• Well organized with excellent communication skills.
• Proven leadership skills with large organizations.
• Flexibility to travel internationally and live in KSA.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and coordinate maintenance technician teams and oversee preventive maintenance plans.
• Provide onsite maintenance and repairs on Instrument systems; ensure work follows standards and safety rules.
• Lead day-to-day instrument maintenance activities across plant equipment.
• Act as focal point for daily instrument maintenance execution plan.
• Visit sites to verify work and monitor technicians' progress.
• Document progress and report to Instrument foreman with recommendations.
• Maintain records of daily maintenance against planned programs and prepare completion reports.
• Assist in engineering modifications to instrument equipment to improve suitability and serviceability.
• Demonstrate proactive safety aptitude and strong instrument system knowledge.
• Contribute to instrument equipment design, installation and maintenance insights.
• Show strong knowledge of mechanical and electro-hydraulic systems; adhere to HSE standards.
• Exhibit strong communication and people skills; maintain effective written and oral English.
