Alstom in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia seeks a Guideway and 3rd Rail Team Leader to direct maintenance teams and ensure continuous service. You will coordinate preventive, corrective and emergency maintenance, enforce safety standards, and drive KPI-based performance to sustain asset reliability.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s in Railway or Civil Engineering with at least 5 years in track maintenance leadership, and strong knowledge of track standards and asset management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in track maintenance leadership within an O&M environment.
• Strong knowledge of railway track maintenance standards, inspection regimes and asset management.

Responsabilités

• Plan, coordinate and lead maintenance teams for preventive, corrective and emergency activities.
• Lead safety standards, PTW, electrical isolation procedures and LOTO controls.
• Monitor performance to ensure contract compliance and quality and safety standards.
• Track and evaluate maintenance KPIs using data-driven dashboards and reports.
• Provide onsite support to restore system availability and passenger service.
• Review asset health trends and implement optimized maintenance to extend asset life.
