Job summary

Parsons is seeking a senior Forensic Delay Analyst – Claims in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, to lead retrospective delay assessments, reconstruct timelines, and quantify schedule impacts for commercial decisions. The role requires extensive experience in mega projects, strong Primavera P6 skills, and familiarity with FIDIC and KSA procurement laws.

You will support disputes, prepare technical reports, and provide evidence-based conclusions to protect project interests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a closely related field.
• Minimum 10 years of direct experience in construction scheduling, project controls, claims analysis, and forensic delay analysis.
• Strong experience on mega projects and Saudi Arabia infrastructure programs.
• Advanced Primavera P6 expertise and delay methodologies.
• Knowledge of FIDIC contracts and KSA procurement laws.
• Professional certifications such as AACE PSP/CFCC or MRICS are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed retrospective forensic delay analysis using established methods such as As-Planned vs As-Built and Time Impact Analysis.
• Review baselines, updates, and recovery schedules to identify critical path movements and delay causation.
• Interrogate Primavera P6 for logic, float, near‑critical paths and concurrent delays.
• Prepare extension of time claims, disruption submissions, and narratives with supporting evidence.
• Draft forensic schedule analysis reports and executive summaries for senior leadership and legal teams.
• Reconstruct project chronologies from daily reports, meeting minutes, and records to support delay conclusions.
• Provide technical support during disputes, mediations, and arbitration preparations.
