The successful candidate will defend or prepare EOT submissions, evaluate schedules, and present analytical findings to clients, with opportunities for progression.
Qualifications
Membership in a relevant engineering or construction body is desirable but not required.
8–10 years of forensic planning experience in delay analysis.
Experience with delay analysis methods and report writing.
Familiarity with FIDIC contracts or equivalent is desirable.
Proficiency with Primavera P6, MS Project or Asta PowerProject.
Responsibilities
Preparation of and/or defending extension of time claims and drafting narratives.
Identify delay events with project team for submissions.
Apply delay analysis methods to quantify construction delays.
Prepare high-quality analytic reports showing cause and entitlement to EOT.
Undertake programme critiques and delay analysis critiques.
Evaluate programme updates and schedule integrity.
Present findings to clients clearly and persuasively; support delay experts.
