Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognised university.
• 12+ years of overall professional experience in mechanical engineering, construction, and site supervision.
• 7+ years in a lead mechanical supervision role on major building developments.
• Experience with large-scale buildings, convention centers, hotels, resorts, mixed-use developments, or hospitality projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all mechanical site supervision activities throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Supervise a team of mechanical field engineers, inspectors, and specialist consultants.
• Ensure works are executed per drawings, specs, and codes; review submittals and method statements.
• Monitor HVAC, chilled water, district cooling, ventilation, plumbing, and firefighting systems.
