Job summary

KBR in Saudi Arabia seeks a Lead Estimator with 10–20 years of experience in EPC cost estimation for major Oil & Gas projects. You will lead estimate development, supervise the TIC cost baseline, and mentor junior estimators while coordinating with engineering, procurement and construction teams.

Proficiency in Aspen Capital Cost Estimator and SAEP-25 familiarity is required. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering is essential. On-site role with project teams across locations is expected.

Qualifications

Title: Lead Estimator

Knowledge / Experience (Skills)

Minimum (10 to 20) years' experience in project cost estimation for engineering, procurement and construction for major Oil and Gas/Pipeline projects.

• Lead the preparation of classified estimates during project development stages. Prepare and manage estimate plans. Familiar with WBS process for developing the estimate cost breakdown structure.
• Prepare and review cost estimate basis (Productivity Factor, All-in Rates, Material, Construction, etc.).
• Lead and coordinate with project teams to develop all requirements needed for the TIC Estimate.
• Review, validate and present cost estimate reports to management and clients. Knowledge in Aspen Capital Cost Estimator (Advantage). Familiarization with SAEP-25.
• Provide guidance and mentoring to estimators and ensure estimating best practices are followed.
• Computer literate with all MS Packages, particularly Word and Excel proficient.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
