Job summary

CTS Group in Saudi Arabia seeks a Senior Lead Electrical Engineer to lead the electrical design for data centers and mission-critical facilities, overseeing MV/LV distribution, UPS, generators, and protection, and coordinating with mechanical, civil, LC, and architectural teams.

The role requires strong leadership, mentoring, and adherence to codes and QA/QC, with English fluency and proven experience on large-scale projects.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of MV/LV distribution, UPS, generators, and protection systems.
• Proficiency in electrical design and calculation tools.
• Solid understanding of codes, standards, and QA/QC processes.
• Experience with data center / mission-critical power is a strong advantage.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

What You’ll Do

You will lead the electrical engineering team, develop and review power distribution and protection designs, drive multidisciplinary coordination, and ensure all electrical works meet specification, quality, and program. You will act as the technical authority for electrical scope from design through commissioning.

• Set electrical design standards, specifications, and technical basis of design
• Coordinate electrical scope with mechanical, civil, LC, and architectural teams

Who We’re Looking For

You have a degree in Electrical Engineering and proven experience leading electrical design and delivery on large-scale, power-critical projects. You combine deep technical expertise with strong leadership and coordination skills.
