Job summary

Ceermotors in Riyadh seeks a Lead Specialist, Machining Center to operate and maintain metal and composite 3D printers for prototype parts and advanced projects. You will develop process controls, support material development, and plan projects to meet requirements.

Responsibilities include preparing, slicing, and optimizing build files with CAD/CAM tools (NX preferred), monitoring machine performance, inspecting parts, post-processing, and ensuring safety and ATEX quality standards while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience operating industrial metal 3D printers.
• Strong CAD/CAM experience, preferably Siemens NX.
• Experience with additive manufacturing software and technologies.
• Experience with electromechanical systems and motion control.

Responsibilities

• Operate metal and composite 3D printers and monitor machine performance.
• Prepare, slice, and optimize build files using CAD/CAM software.
• Conduct part inspection, calibration and post-processing.
• Support safety and quality compliance per ATEX standards.
• Turn key project management with internal customers.
