Job summary

Dewan Consultants in Saudi Arabia is hiring a Laundry Supervisor for a leading commercial laundry company. The role requires supervision of daily washing, drying, ironing, folding, packing, and stain-removal, ensuring fabric care and hygiene standards.

You will oversee staff, train and schedule technicians and the delivery team, maintain reports on operations, attendance, and inventory, and ensure SOP compliance. English communication is required; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising laundry operations in a commercial/industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of industrial washing machines, dryers, ironing equipment and chemicals.
• Proven ability to manage teams, schedules, and production targets.

We're Hiring for "Laundry Supervisor" for largest Commercial Laundry Co. in Saudi Arabia.

Interview Mode:- F2F. Interview on 1st September 2026 in Mumbai.

Core Responsibilities & Skills :-

• Operations & Quality: Supervise daily washing, drying, ironing, folding, packing, and stain-removal processes while ensuring high fabric care and hygiene standards.
• Technical Knowledge: Hands-on experience with industrial laundry machinery, chemicals, and SOP compliance.
• Team & Logistics: Manage, train, and schedule staff (technicians, pressmen, delivery team) to meet daily targets. Maintain operational, attendance, and inventory reports.
• Communication: Good English verbal communication (Arabic is a plus).

Candidate Requirements:-

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a commercial/industrial laundry, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Candidates with experience in large commercial Laundry companies or Senior Laundry Staff will be preferred.
• Strong knowledge of industrial washing machines, dryers, ironing/finishing equipment and laundry chemicals.
• Good knowledge of fabric care, stain removal, washing processes and quality control.
• Strong team-handling and leadership skills.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet daily production targets.
• English communication skills are required.
• GCC/Saudi Arabia experience will be an advantage.

Salary: Negotiable (Based on experience)
