Ultra Eagle House Company in Makkah is seeking an experienced Assistant Laundry Manager to join our commercial laundry operation. You will support the Laundry Manager, supervise production teams, and ensure smooth workflow across washing, finishing, and dispatch.

The ideal candidate has at least five years in commercial/industrial laundry, strong leadership, and the ability to perform under pressure while keeping quality standards high.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial or industrial laundry operations.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Ability to work under heavy pressure and tight deadlines.
• Experience handling high-volume laundry operations.
• Commercial laundry experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Laundry Manager in managing daily laundry operations.
• Supervise production teams and ensure smooth workflow.
• Monitor daily production, quality, productivity, and turnaround time.
• Handle operational issues and resolve problems quickly.
• Ensure proper linen flow from receiving through washing, finishing, packing, and dispatch.
• Coordinate with different departments to maintain smooth operations.
• Monitor staff performance, discipline, and productivity.
• Support manpower planning and shift management.
• Ensure safety, hygiene, and quality standards are maintained.
• Take immediate action during high-pressure situations and operational challenges.
