Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Manager – Operational Readiness to ensure our operations are ready to support the launch of flagship entertainment projects. The role focuses on developing OR frameworks, aligning schedules across teams, and guiding the handover from project execution to operations.

• Bachelor's degree is required or equivalent in engineering, project management, business administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the integrated OR master schedule in Primavera P6 covering all readiness workstreams.
• Align OR schedules with project milestones, stage gates, and asset opening dates.
• Develop countdown plans and T-minus schedules for asset openings and trial operations.
• Track progress, identify slippage, and elevate risks with recovery options.
• Produce scheduling reports and dashboards for OR leadership and governance forums.
• Coordinate schedule inputs from functional leads and consolidate updates.
• Maintain schedule change control, baseline management, and documentation of dependencies.
• Support workforce ramp-up planning by aligning recruitment and training timelines.
