Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company in Riyadh is seeking a Senior Manager - Operational Readiness to lead the planning and execution of operational readiness for innovative entertainment projects. This central role ensures the seamless launch and operation of world-class facilities.

You will collaborate with various teams to develop comprehensive operational plans, conduct readiness assessments, and promote continuous improvement while focusing on enhancing guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in operational management or readiness.
• At least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Preferred experience in entertainment or large-scale infrastructure sectors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve operational readiness plans aligned with strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with teams to integrate operational readiness into projects.
• Lead readiness assessments to identify risks and develop strategies.
• Oversee training initiatives for staff and operational teams.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for operational readiness and performance.
• Drive continuous improvement using best practices.
• Champion a guest-focused approach throughout readiness efforts.
