Job summary

Amazon in Jeddah is seeking an experienced Launch Manager to own cross-functional, large-scale project initiatives for new FCs. You will scope, plan, mitigate risks, and drive execution while reporting to senior management on progress and changes.

Key duties include end-to-end coordination, data analysis of launch performance, and collaboration with business, tech, design, and procurement teams to enable expansion strategies.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years of advanced Microsoft Word and Excel experience.
• Work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays.
• 2+ years of cross-functional collaboration with tech and non-tech teams.
• 2+ years of defining and implementing process improvements using data.

Responsibilities

• Work backwards from the customer to scope and define program requirements and milestones.
• Drive multiple time-sensitive action items across multiple teams.
• Own program trackers and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Problem solve with ambiguity in a rapidly evolving landscape.
• Coordinate end-to-end tasks and ensure Road to Launch milestones are met.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and present projects to senior leadership.
• Gather and analyze data on launch performance results.
• Develop initiatives to support expansion strategies.
