Job summary

Amazon Now in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced Program Manager to scale its operations network by leading expansion projects from site selection through construction, launch readiness, and handover.

You will partner with operations, engineering, finance, procurement, real estate, technology, and external partners to deliver new facilities safely, on time, and within budget, while driving data-driven improvements to speed launches and increase scalability across markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years delivering cross-functional projects.
• Experience defining program requirements using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience in project management including resource planning, scheduling, status reporting and prioritization for multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of network expansion and launch programs, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
• Develop project plans, launch schedules, governance mechanisms, and risk mitigation strategies across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Partner with operations, engineering, finance, procurement, and real estate teams to define requirements and ensure successful project execution.
• Manage external vendors, consultants, contractors, and service providers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Track project performance through data, metrics, and reporting mechanisms, identifying risks and driving corrective actions when required.
• Own stakeholder communication, providing clear updates on milestones, dependencies, financial performance, risks, and launch readiness.
• Drive process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives to improve launch speed, reduce cost, and increase scalability across markets.
• Support business planning activities including capital planning, budget forecasting, resource planning, and long-term network expansion strategies.
• Conduct site visits and audits to validate project progress, operational readiness, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
• Build scalable tools, mechanisms, and operating models that enable efficient execution of future expansion programs.
