Job summary

DAR AL RIYADH seeks a Diploma in Surveying holder to join our site team in Saudi Arabia. You will prepare sketches, maps, reports, and legal descriptions, and assume liability for survey work.

You will verify data accuracy at sites, conduct boundary surveys based on deeds, record results including elevations and dimensions, and prepare data charts, plots, and documents. The role requires independent work, strong organization, and safety-conscious approach.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Surveying with 5 years total experience including 3 years in infrastructure projects.
• Proficient in surveying methods and data verification.
• Experience with legal descriptions and survey records.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain sketches, maps, reports and legal descriptions of surveys to describe, certify and assume liability for work performed.
• Verify the accuracy of survey data including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites.
• Conduct surveys to establish legal boundaries for properties based on legal deeds and titles.
• Record the results of surveys including the shape, contour, location, elevation and dimensions of land or land features.
• Calculate heights, depths, relative positions, property lines and other characteristics of terrain.
• Prepare or supervise preparation of all data charts, plots, maps, records and documents related to surveys.
