Job summary

DAR AL RIYADH is seeking a skilled land surveyor to support railway project planning in Riyadh. You will perform topographic and boundary surveys using modern equipment to map land features and prepare accurate reports.

You will work with engineers and construction teams to ensure precise location and alignment of tracks, stations, and structures, verify land ownership boundaries, and maintain survey instruments to ensure accuracy and safety in a fast-paced railway environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in land surveying or civil engineering.
• Proficiency with surveying software and equipment.
• Knowledge of railway construction principles and practices.
• Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Knowledge of land surveying laws and best practices.
• Strong communication with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to work in a dynamic railway project environment.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and construction teams on location and alignment of tracks and structures.

• Maintain and calibrate surveying instruments and ensure equipment safety.
