Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering; 5+ years of quantity surveying for electrical systems in construction.
  • Proficient in Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and MS Office Suite.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Building Code (SBC) and relevant electrical standards.
  • Registered with the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
  • Experience in cost estimation, budgeting, and contract administration.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for electrical systems including materials, labor, and equipment.
  • Review drawings, specs, and contracts to determine quantities and scope.
  • Monitor project budgets and identify variances with corrective actions.
