Job summary

Danaher invites applications for a Workflow & Informatics Consultant at Beckman Coulter Diagnostics. You’ll bridge lab operations, informatics, and automation to translate pain points into scalable Total Lab Automation solutions.

You’ll lead assessments, map workflows, and deliver data-driven layouts and simulations. Expect close collaboration with sales, service, and customers to drive on-time, on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Sciences, Informatics, Biomedical, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in the IVD industry with consultancy or solution selling preferred.
• 1–2 years LIS consulting, technical support, or process management experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as workflow and informatics SME across clinical labs to enable end-to-end lab solutions.
• Design future-state models using Lean and workflow engineering methods.
• Lead lab assessment activities and map current vs. future state with Lean Six Sigma.
