Qualifications

• 5+ years in IVD consultancy or solution selling preferred.
• 1–2 years LIS consulting or process management experience.
• Experience tailoring solutions for clinical hospital labs.

Responsibilities

• Act as workflow and informatics SME across clinical labs.
• Lead assessments: workflow mapping, bottlenecks, future state design.
• Deliver workflow outputs: process maps, value stream maps, layouts.
• Create and deliver proposals and trainings for healthcare providers.
• Engage with sales/service to deliver on time and within budget.
• Build customer-facing best practices library for Automation IT.
