Tabby is launching a Kuwait-based risk function and seeks a hands-on Senior Risk Manager to build and oversee enterprise and credit risk. You will establish governance, policies, appetite and reporting for the launch while coordinating with Group Risk, Product, Compliance, Finance and Operations to scale responsibly and meet local regulatory expectations.

• Experience in banking/fintech risk management.
• Hands-on across enterprise and credit risk.
• Ability to build and improve risk frameworks, policies and governance.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain Kuwait local risk framework aligning with Group standards and local regs.
• Develop local risk strategy, appetite, policies and reporting for launch.
• Own enterprise risk process: identify, assess, risk register, KRIs and remediation tracking.
• Provide independent risk challenges on new products, partnerships and initiatives.
• Oversee credit risk across customer lifecycle: underwriting, limits, affordability, collections and portfolio quality.
• Coordinate with Group Risk, Product, Compliance and Legal on risk policy changes and model validation.
