Job summary

Tabby is seeking a Risk (QA) Engineer to join our growing Risk and Scoring teams, responsible for Risk & Financial Modelling in the Tabby product.

The role is fully remote and reports to Igor Shestov. You will collaborate with the risk, product and engineering teams to ensure robust QA across credit decisioning and anti-fraud processes.

Qualifications

• 0.5+ years of relevant experience as a QA or SDET
• Basic knowledge of GoLand is desirable
• Good knowledge of testing
• Good knowledge of English
• Ability to work in a stressful startup environment

Responsibilities

• Development and implementation of credit policies and risk assessment strategies in accordance with the requirements of business customers (risk and anti-fraud department)
• Monitoring the operation of the decision-making system and assessing the effect of the implemented changes
• Development and automation of test scripts for the changes made; Testing algorithms and elements of a credit decision-making strategy
• Full analysis of the credit decision-making strategy in terms of technical implementation, search and elimination of errors

About the role:

We are looking for a Risk (QA) Engineer to join our growing Risk and Scoring teams, responsible for Risk & Financial Modelling in the Tabby product.

Key Responsibilities

• Development and implementation of credit policies and risk assessment strategies in accordance with the requirements of business customers (risk and anti-fraud department);
• Monitoring the operation of the decision-making system and assessing the effect of the implemented changes;
• Development and automation of test scripts for the changes made; Testing algorithms and elements of a credit decision-making strategy;
• Full analysis of the credit decision-making strategy in terms of technical implementation, search and elimination of errors.

During the probationary period, you will be evaluated based on:

• Quality of changes implementation (including errors identified in production).
• Speed and productivity compared with average team performance.
• Quality of interaction with team members and stakeholders.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• 0.5+ years of relevant experience as a QA or SDET working on tech/fintech products.
• Basic knowledge of GoLand is desirable;
• Good knowledge of testing;
• Good knowledge of English.
• Ability to work in a stressful environment typical of startups.
