The KSA Transform Care Digital Program Director role is a position responsible for driving the digital transformation of healthcare delivery within AstraZeneca’s Transform Care program, positioning Saudi as a Lighthouse for MEA. The role focuses on defining and executing the digital health strategy and roadmap for Saudi and MEA—aligning global goals with local healthcare priorities. Acting as the bridge between global, regional, and local stakeholders, the Transform Care Lead collaborates with Commercial IT, medical, commercial, and government partners to introduce innovative digital solutions that improve patient outcomes and system efficiency. Key responsibilities include program management, stakeholder engagement, performance measurement, and capability building—ensuring that digital initiatives are implemented effectively, comply with local regulations, and deliver measurable impact. The position also involves influencing policy, fostering public‑private partnerships, and positioning the market as a regional lighthouse for digital health innovation.
