iHR (International Human Resources) seeks an experienced KSA General Manager to lead and represent a technology and SaaS company in Saudi Arabia, driving commercial performance, business growth, and market development. The role focuses on revenue growth, customer outcomes, and strategic partnerships.

You will lead the Saudi business, oversee the team, and build relationships with key clients and stakeholders, guiding market expansion and product adoption across the region.

Competenze

• 10+ years of experience in General Management, Commercial, Sales, or Business Development.
• Strong track record in business growth, revenue generation, and commercial performance.
• Strong experience in SaaS / Technology and commercial operations.
• Experience in customer growth, retention, churn, product adoption, or cross-selling is preferred.
• Strong Saudi market knowledge and strategic stakeholder relationships.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Experience in F&B, Hospitality, Technology/SaaS is preferred; consulting is an advantage.
