Job summary

Elegancia Arabia is seeking a Business Development Director to drive growth in the Saudi fit-out market. You will lead market strategy, build relationships with clients, consultants, developers, and partners, and steer opportunities from initial engagement through prequalification, tendering, and contract negotiation.

The role requires a track record of winning projects in KSA, deep knowledge of tendering processes, and the ability to lead and develop the BD team.

Qualifications

At least 10 years of relevant experience in KSA.
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Sales and Marketing, or Business Administration.
Strong knowledge of the KSA fit-out market, tendering process, and client landscape.
Demonstrated ability to develop relationships, secure projects, negotiate contracts, and lead teams.
MBA or similar graduate degree is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a business development strategy for fit-out projects in KSA.
Identify project opportunities and build a strong pipeline with clients, consultants, developers, and partners.
Lead client engagement, technical prequalifications, proposals, and commercial negotiations in coordination with tendering and operations teams.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and pipeline performance; present forecasts and progress to senior management.
Lead and develop the business development team.
