Job summary

Elegancia Arabia is seeking a Business Development Director to drive growth in the Saudi fit-out market. You will lead market strategy, build relationships with clients, consultants, developers, and partners, and steer opportunities from initial engagement through prequalification, tendering, and contract negotiation.

The role requires a track record of winning projects in KSA, deep knowledge of tendering processes, and the ability to lead and develop the BD team.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of relevant experience in KSA.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Sales and Marketing, or Business Administration.
• Strong knowledge of the KSA fit-out market, tendering process, and client landscape.
• Demonstrated ability to develop relationships, secure projects, negotiate contracts, and lead teams.
• MBA or similar graduate degree is an advantage.
