Job summary

Accor’s Sofitel Shahd Al Madinah invites you to join a luxury hospitality team focused on family experiences. As Kids Club Supervisor you will supervise children in a safe, engaging environment and coordinate activities.

You will work with hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience for families while upholding the brand’s luxury service standards and warm hospitality. The role emphasizes safety, record-keeping, and high standards of cleanliness, while fostering a joyful atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education (Kindergarten).
• Fluent in English.
• Well-mannered and skilled in dealing with children.
• Good appearance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and care for children in the Kids Club in a safe, clean, and engaging environment
• Plan and lead age-appropriate recreational, educational, and creative activities (arts and crafts, games, storytelling, etc.)
• Ensure the highest standards of child safety, hygiene, and wellbeing at all times
• Build positive relationships with children and communicate professionally and warmly with parents
• Monitor and manage attendance, sign-in/sign-out procedures, and maintain accurate records
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and safety of the Kids Club area and equipment/toys
• Respond promptly and appropriately to any incidents, emergencies, or special needs
• Coordinate with other hotel departments (e.g., F&B, Housekeeping) to ensure a seamless guest experience for families
• Uphold the hotel's brand standards and luxury service culture in all interactions
